BERNIE British International Prep offers Early Years and Kindergarten education for children aged 1.5 to 6 years, following the British Early Years Foundations Stage Curriculum and the Year One National Curriculum. Learning through play is an essential part of the children’s education, and their care and happiness are a priority. From an early age, the children enjoy exploring the environment around them, learning through songs and movement and through practical activities.
One pillar of learning encompasses teaching the importance of being kind, respectful and considerate to others. A part of the way in which the school would like to say “THANK YOU” to its students for their fantastic efforts in this regard is by organizing a fun day whilst at the same time being able to give back to those who are less fortunate. This year, the proceeds of the 3rd Annual Charity Family Fun Day will be donated to a local charity for disadvantaged children.
Come and join the fun on Saturday, 10 February 2018, from 9.30am to 12pm. There will be fun fair games, raffles, special prizes and lots of food and drinks. Admission is free, and game tokens can be purchased on the premises.
There will also be a charity collection box outside the school for those who would like to donate gently used books, clothes, toys, and anything you think would be useful. Collection will begin from Monday, 29 January, right up to 10 February. Please call 02-719-2997 to register in advance, helping the school plan for the number of anticipated visitors.
