This year, Chinese New Year will arrive on 17th February 2026 and marks the Year of the Horse, symbolising energy, courage, passion, and forward movement. Also referred to as Lunar New Year or Spring festival celebrations will happen across the whole of Thailand and more so in Bangkok which officially has the largest population of Chinese outside of China.
