St. Stephen’s International School – Open Days

St. Stephen’s International School, Bangkok warmly invites you and your friends to our Open Days for the Early Years, Primary and Secondary Levels on Thursday 10 and Monday 14 December 2020, 09.00 -12.00. If you are considering your children attending an International School, please join us to discover what makes our school so special, in a caring atmosphere where ‘East does meet West’.

Take a Sneak Peak

At St. Stephen’s we believe that student enrichment is just as important as academic work in preparing our students for life beyond school. We have three Student Enrichment Coordinators, responsible for Community Service, Extra-Curricular Activities and Houses.

The student enrichment opportunities that we provide enable our students to develop the qualities of our student profile. These are highly valued by both universities and employers. A student who has demonstrated commitment to a wide variety of enrichment activities may have a much better chance of getting into the university and even the career of their choice when they leave school.

Early Years Open Day 10-14th December

St Stephens Open Days 2020

At St. Stephen’s, we recognise the importance of Early Years Education. This is where the values of learning, respect and leadership are established. We are blessed with a happy, secure and creative learning environment, with indoor and outdoor learning spaces, and a truly warm and caring family community which greatly supports a meaningful start to our 2 to 5 years olds’ learning journey.

Our Early Years department, staffed with qualified teachers and Teaching Assistants, provides a broad and balanced high quality curriculum in line with the UK Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) guidance, adapted to meet the needs of international learners. We believe in the importance of building a strong foundation for the children to begin “Lifelong learning” along with respecting themselves and others.

Primary Years Open Day 1-14th December

St Stephens Open Days 2020

Our Primary school follows the English model dividing the school into Early Years (Nursery, Kindergarden and Reception), Key Stage One (Years 1 and 2) and Key Stage 2 (Years 3 to 6).

We celebrate a unique blend of Thai-ness and internationalism which is exemplified in our curriculum and extra-curricular activities, something our families truly appreciate. Our qualified staff develop each and every child, looking at the whole child, academically, socially and responsibly in a caring and supportive way. Our teachers are native English speakers who model good English and good pronunciation, and they are supported by Thai speaking teaching assistants in each class.

Secondary Years Open Day 1-14th December

St Stephens Open Days 2020

We are extremely proud of our Secondary School. We are an inclusive school with big ambitions for our students and we know what each individual student needs in order to thrive. We encourage our students to grow intellectually, think independently and become responsible young adults. Academic rigour is coupled with our superb pastoral care so that each and every student is supported to develop his or her full potential and leave us with the skills required to tackle the challenges of the twenty first century.

Our teachers’ superb subject knowledge and passion for their subjects means that our students regularly win national and international prizes for their IGCSE and AS-level examination performances.
