programme for athletes aged 3 to 18 with academies from tennis, aquatics and triathlon to Muay Thai.

FUTURESTARS is designed to improve active participation with mental, physical and technical assessments, weekly coaching, progress reports and reward system. The programme includes award ceremonies, monthly competitions, annual championships, sports day and camps for each academy. FUTURESTARS athletes will be grouped according to skills and age to focus on individual goal setting and improving athletic performance. There is no skill requirement and every participant will be assessed prior to joining the programme to ensure that they start from the correct skill level.
