Famplayland elevates the indoor play experience, underpinned by the premise that play generates learning and inspires the imagination of children. Located on the 3rd floor of CentralFestival Eastville, next to the movie theatre, the venture features a large central play space around 3-stories tall from the floor to the ceiling.
A Play & Learn Adventure
The cheery space, decked with whimsical graphics, is fitted with a Rope Tower, the city’s tallest rope climbing structure, connected to a 9-metre Spiral Slider, a rope bridge and other platforms. The latter includes free fall points called Airbag Free Drops where daring kids can leap from various heights onto a large, Olympic-standard inflated safety mattress below. Designed and created by reputable European and American playground equipment makers, each play feature is backed by international safety certifications. They have also been specially developed to support childhood development, enhancing cognitive, physical and social skills.
Given the above highlights, Famplayland caters to kids ages 4 to 15. However, other zones have been thoughtfully designed with younger children in mind. The playful Scarf Wall, for example, enhances motor skills and eye-hand coordination. Here, a complex apparatus comprised of air pipes piques children’s natural curiosity; a light scarf is deposited in one of the pipe openings and kids can play together, guessing which way the scarf will travel through the twisted tubes.
In the Blue Blocks zone, children can work on their creativity and problem solving skills, devising and building any number of things, from benches to robots, with the soft foam bricks. Little ones aged 10+ months can explore a padded Toddler Cave containing a small ball pit, slide and climbing frame. Other features include an astro-turf covered event and workshop area, in-ground trampolines, a hilly structure, an interactive floor game display and a VR games room.
Comfort Meets Convenience
To refuel, Famplayland conveniently offers an on-site café with kid-friendly staples such as chicken nuggets, chicken strips, macaroni with ham and white sauce, spaghetti, fries and more. Restrooms are located inside the venue as well, with child-sized toilets and sinks. Parents of little ones can also make use of high chairs and stroller parking. A cleaning crew diligently works throughout the day, sanitizing the equipment and frequently touched surfaces.
Additionally, an elevated terrace allows parents to sit and watch their children play. While there is no entrance fee required to use this space, only children aged 6+ can enter the play areas without direct adult supervision. All entrants are tagged with security bracelets; for safety purposes, groups of adults and children must enter and exit the premises together.
Laser Tag Challenge
The company behind Famplayland also operates Playsquare Laser Tag, which is in the same space but with a separate entrance. This 600 square metre space occupies dual levels, replete with a slide, bunkers, obstacles and a maze-like configuration on the ground floor. With glowing blue light amidst a futuristic space theme, the arena serves as an ideal setting for exhilarating laser tag battles. Kids and adults with a minimum height of 1.10 metres can participate, playing in two opposing teams with scores being kept electronically and displayed onto screens located by the entrance.
Players can choose from a 15-minute game to the “buffet” option of unlimited games. Typically, games involve a maximum of 20 players. A glass-walled room allows parents to watch the action from above, while a party room is used to host birthdays and other functions. Full party packages are available from both Playsquare Laser Tag and Famplayland.

Experience the uniquely dynamic play experience afforded by these two venues! Opening hours are 11am to 8pm from Monday to Friday, and from 10.30am to 8pm on Saturday and Sunday. Prices for 3 hours of play are 310 baht for Little Explorers (75-100 cm in height), 410 baht for Young Explorers (100 cm and up), and 150 baht for a parent or guardian. A combo ticket for Famplayland and one laser tag game costs 620 baht. All-day play rates are also available, as are membership packages.
