EPA Football Academy Bangkok, is known for its dedication to providing professional football coaching, in a positive and educational environment, are excited to extend and expand their partnership with the West Ham United Foundation. In 2024 we will see a full time West Ham Foundation Academy Coach based in Thailand to be head coach of our training program and to further prepare our young talent.
EPA Bangkok’s Football Stars Shine in London: Training with West Ham United Foundation Academy
Our recent and unforgettable journey to London, saw us taking a group of talented young players to train at the prestigious West Ham United Foundation Academy. This remarkable opportunity not only allowed our young students athletes to enhance their skills but also created memories that will
last a lifetime.
Our girls had an exceptional experience training with the Under 16s Foundation Academy, witnessing the Women’s first team in a training session at their training ground in Chadwell heath, meeting some of the first team players. Our players got to meet Aidan Boxall, the West Ham Women’s general Manager and he discussed with them the pathway into professional sport and took them on a tour of the first team training ground and introduced them to some of the first team
players.
In addition to the exceptional experiences mentioned above, the trip brought an unexpected highlight. Three of our boys were selected and given the incredible opportunity to play in a friendly match, representing the West Ham United Foundation U19s team. This was a testament to the talent and dedication of our young athletes, and it further solidified the strong bond between EPA Bangkok and West Ham United Foundation.
The intensity and professionalism displayed by the Under 16s Foundation Academy left a profound impact on our students. They not only gained valuable insights into the technical aspects of the game but also absorbed the discipline and commitment required to excel in football at the highest level. This experience was a testament to the power of international partnerships in nurturing young talents and promoting the sport.
EPA Bangkok’s journey to London to train at the West Ham United Foundation academy was nothing short of extraordinary. The experiences our students gained, from training with the Under 16s Foundation Academy to witnessing the Women’s first team in action, meeting inspiring players like Mackenzie Arnold, and the remarkable opportunity for our boys to represent the West Ham United Foundation U19s team, have left an indelible impact on their football journeys.

opportunities for our students to shine on the global stage and are delighted to be returning to London to train in February and October 2024.
