Mindfulness is a powerful practice to help kids find calm in the midst of everyday stress – but how to make it accessible and fun?
Join us for this unique camp for kids deigned by two professionals specialized in art and mindfulness.Olga Oprunenco is an art teacher and book illustrator and Arusyak Mirzakhanyan is a mindfulness practitioner and life coach.
This is and opportunity for kids ages 6-12 old to learn the basics of mindfulness and experience it through art and other sensory experiences.
The schedule will be comprised of mindfulness practices though fun games, crafts and activities with the goal of learning a deeper sense of calm, joy and connectedness to the world around them.
