Steps provides personalised education and vocational pathways for neurodivergent young people and people with learning differences. Our Training Centres follow a 'learn by doing' approach, combining personalised learning, practical skills, recognised qualifications and workplace experience.

Workplace learning is central to our approach. Learners can develop skills through Steps' cafés, food businesses, Business Service Centre and external employer partnerships.

Qualifications and vocational pathways
Learners can work towards recognised qualifications and vocational competencies as part of their individual programme, such as:
● ASDAN programmes
● TPQI accredited qualification programmes like Digital Literacy and Barista training
● Academic and vocational qualifications accessed through selected school partnerships

Working with schools
Steps collaborates with schools to develop personalised and inclusive pathways, such as the Dual Learners Programme with St Andrews International School Sukhumvit 107. Learners combine school with vocational training, life skills and work experience, potentially accessing ASDAN, iGCSE, BTEC and IB alongside personalised support.
