This class is for a parent or carer with a toddler.
One adult per toddler is required.
Age 18 months to 3 years (up to before they turn 4).
Toddler Yoga with Story Time Yoga is a class focused on supporting and developing the needs of the toddler. All activities are planned for the toddlers. It is not a Vinyasa class with a toddler. It will be very different from adult yoga classes.
Introductory price is 400 baht per toddler. Paid in advance. Payment is required to secure your space.
The structure of the class:
9am – Welcome
9:05am – Structured session begins
10am – 10:30am – Free play in the room for toddlers and parents can enjoy coffee, cake watching the little ones play!
Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move in. Parents/carers will be required to support and join activities with their child.
All classes will incorperate some yoga poses, movement with music and sensory activities.
