Matteo Zini is an international gelato master with 15 years’ experience in Gelato making. In 2013, he opened his very first Gelato parlour on the site of an old butcher’s shop in Bologna. In 2014 he opened ‘La Macelleria’ in Brisbane now considered one of the best Gelato parlours in Australia. Since then Matteo Zini has become the official Brand Ambassador and Gelato Teacher for Iceteam1927, teaching children, adults and professionals the art of true gelato making.
