At Julia Gabriel Bangkok we believe every individual is exceptional. Our EduDrama® methodology is designed for our young children to discover how they can express themselves clearly and confidently in their own unique way. We believe that when they are comfortable being themselves, they will find the courage to step out of their comfort zone and realise the magnitude of their capabilities.
For children as young as 6 months to 3 years old, we offer 2 Adult-Accompanied programs: PlayNest for babies as young as 6 months old to 18 months old and PlayClub for children between 1.5 to 3 years old.
For children between 6 months old to 18 months old, we offer Once a week PlayNest class (1.5 hour each session). This period in your child’s life is where learning and development make profound leaps and bounds. There is no other time when growth is so rapid, so visible from day- to-day, moment-to moment. At this stage, children are truly like sponges, soaking up and learning from literally every experience, everything that touches their lives.
From this program, children can develop social skills through fun yet meaningful interactions with our teachers and their colourful puppet characters. Story time allows them to spark their imagination and appreciate the value of spoken words through a world of stories and language.
With art and craft activities, they are able to explore their innate sensory perceptions through those fun drawings. Altogther, through different activities, they develop their gross motor co- ordination, enhance their sense of balance and spatial awareness.
From 18 months old to 3 years old, we offer PlayClub Once a week class with each class lasts for 2 hours. As a bridge between learning at home and school, PlayClub welcomes parents and caregivers to help children transition in their learning journey. During a time when their windows of learning are wide open, PlayClub immerses your child in a world of letters, numbers, shapes and colours. We bring together good language models with a fun, theme- based curriculum to make learning as natural as play.
Children are able to develop many skills from these PlayClub sessions. First, children are presented with opportunities to develop and work on their fine motor skills and hand-eye co- ordination, and enhance their sensory and aesthetic awareness through hands-on activities.
They will also be introduced to different concepts each week with Magic Box Time – a fun, engaging and interactive segment with our unique Alphabet Zoo puppets. Additionally, they also experience natural, imaginative play, fostering their creativity, expressiveness andproblem solving skills. At the end of the course, they develop a sense of independence and practise their motor skills through natural play in a safe environment.
