• 7-a-side (15 minutes per match)

• U7 (Players Born 2018–2017): 5-a-side format

• 8 teams per age group

• Finals:

• Top 2 teams of each group play in the Cup Final

• Bottom 2 teams of each group play in the Bowl Final

Rewards
