Hi I’m Gabi, I’m a Thai-American spoken word poet based in Bangkok, planting and growing the poetry seed in the city.I played an instrumental role in developing the longest-running open mic in the city: Bangkok Lyrical Lunacy, a poetry collective. I also facilitate Cacao Ceremonies with the 5 Elements Dance Meditation for adults.Working with kids though has been my passion in the past 10 years of teaching and certifications. I am a yoga teacher with over 600 hours of Yoga Alliance training, with a specialization in Rainbow Kids Yoga, where I use storytelling, poetry, as well as performance techniques to engage children. Currently, I’m teaching English while attending my Master’s course in clinical art therapy.
