David Sarich has dedicated his life to food and beverage, the origin of which began in Vancouver, Canada where he was classically trained at the esteemed Pierre Dubrille Institute of Culinary Arts.

In 2016 he found himself in the land of smiles, inspired by the vibrant food culture, he was able to actualize his dream and open his own restaurant in Bangkok.

Honey Bear’s focus on flavorful homemade food served generously in a pleasant pet friendly environment resonated fondly with the local community earning him a committed clientele. Being a natural people person, David loves to interact with his patrons, many of which he now calls friends, in order to more exclusively serve his valued visitors.
