Passion Delivery is Thailand’s first online marketplace for high-quality artisanal food, drink and lifestyle products. The marketplace, which directly connects customers with local producers and importers of artisanal food and drink products, cookware and healthy lifestyle goods, has increased its range from 600 products from 25 suppliers to more than 1,200 products from 45 suppliers since its launch on 25 June 2017.
The company was founded in 2014 by husband-and-wife team Ian and Sara Soo, who were frustrated by the lack of availability of good quality, locally-produced food products and ingredients in Bangkok. The Soos launched the specialist online order and delivery business from their home later that year, offering just 25 products from three suppliers. It soon became popular with food-obsessed Bangkokians while gaining stature with local suppliers and importers.
