Tinybeans App: Manage & Share Baby Photos (and Milestones!)

Being an expat family has its obvious advantages, but there are also a few challenges.  One of which is the guilt we tend to feel about raising our children far from their grandparents and extended families.  If your family is pressuring you to share more photos of your children and you’re hesitant to inundate facebook and other social media, the Tinybeans app is perfect for you!

Tinybeans is a calendar on which you can upload photos and videos daily of your little ones (and let’s be honest, we know you take hundreds of photos a week anyway!).  Family and friends with access to your calendar can “like” or comment on your photos, or even save them to their own devices.  The app is accessible both on a phone or on a laptop in an internet browser.  There’s even an option to generate and order a photobook of all the little memories you have stored.

Grandparents will love this and make it a part of their routine to browse the day’s photos with their morning coffee.  You will love being able to look back weeks, months, even years through easily organized photos to reminisce.  The apps has other functions such as tracking milestones and parenting tips.  You can add your others’ calendars too to still maintain a presence in the lives of their children from afar.  Best of all, it takes only seconds to add a photo… and it’s free!  You can get the app from the iTunes or Android app store via your smart phone.
